Terms of Service

Purchase Order Converter converts purchase orders into spreadsheet data. Extraction is automated; while we aim for high accuracy, output may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

A free tier is available with usage limits. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features and higher limits, are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period unless required by law.

You may only upload documents you have the right to process. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or overload the Service. We may rate-limit or suspend use that threatens the reliability of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that extraction will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purchase Order Converter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on converted data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
